Refund policy

U.S. RETURN POLICY

10AM LLC. offers returns on all full price merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. We ship to the United States only.

A $10 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping label, handling, and processing.

Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. 10AM LLC. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

To start a return, send an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number. Our team will get back to you.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Pack the item, attach the label, drop off with the carrier indicated on the label.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process. You will receive an email confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.

EXCHANGES

10AM LLC. does not offer exchanges. Return for a refund, then place a new order.

FINAL SALE

All items marked "final sale" may not be returned.
