U.S. RETURN POLICY

10AM LLC. offers returns on all full-price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note that a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

To ensure eligibility for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. 10AM LLC. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

To initiate the return process, please create a return request on our website or send an email to hello@10amfactory.com, indicating which product(s) you wish to return. Our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Once your return is ready, you may ship the items back using your preferred carrier. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and the address to ship your items to our warehouse in New York. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive, with delivery times varying depending on your location.

After your return is received, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process it. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear.

All items marked "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged.
