The products are exactly the same as the products you have seen in the photo. Since it is shot with a professional light and camera in a professional studio, the products may show slight differences in daylight, different bulbs, etc.

Your password must be at least 8 characters, contain numbers and letters, and at least one of these letters must be uppercase.

Yes. To do this, go to the "My Orders" section in your account. If your order does not indicate that it has been shipped, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to hello@10amfactory.com and cancel your order.

If there is a defect in the product you received, please contact hello@10amfactory.com. In the e-mail you will send, you can add a photo of the defective part of the product and explain it. Directions for change will be made via e-mail.

Our shipping is free for US customers for all orders. We have also express shipping option for 15 USD.

The period for all kinds of returns is 14 days from the order date.

For returned products, when the product reaches us, the refund process is initiated and made through PayPal. The completion time of the transaction may vary depending on your bank.

Orders placed  on weekdays are delivered on the same day, orders placed on weekends and holidays are delivered on Monday or the first working day. Since cargo companies do not work on Public Holidays, your order will be shipped on the first business day following the date you place it.

It is possible to shop without being a member, but you can do your transactions more easily if you have a membership in your order tracking and follow-up of the return / exchange processes related to the order.

You can complete your shopping on our website with the assurance of PayPal. We do not have payment at the door or money order/eft payment service.

According to the contracted USPS procedure, if they cannot find you at the address you provided, they leave a note and keep your shipment at the branch where your address is responsible for 3 days. If you do not receive it from the branch within 3 days, the return process begins. Since they cannot be delivered to us, the returned products are refunded and your orders are cancelled.
